Love of Humanity

As I began to ponder about the love of humanity, I stumbled upon this quote.  Truly as a society we have lost  the love that has dignified us as one common race. Going through the day, I'm often confronted not on my character but my appearance. Surely, appearance is a vital condition to establish to our society of our class or humility in today's world, but I do not believe it is the guideline to our assumptions or judgements. Individuals should dig deeper in the concept of our inner heart to find the compassion needed to create an abundance of love that will forever roam in the darkest moments of humanity. Anyone can claim they despise individuals based on  what they may appear to be, however a true lover can look past the exterior to truly know the beauty of some one's heart.
Another valid insight I have made is that my generation is so blind in their own beauty and forget what really is ugly.  Often I would hear whispers down the halls with their unworldly words speaking silently, "She is ugly." Again, they are defining appearance in their perception of ugly and beauty. But in my erratic eyes I find this starvation as ugly. This appearance in this picture is downright hideous. I could care less about such imperfections in your physical appearance than I do care about this scene. A tragic world we live in if we cannot even help these children. This is the real ugly and the beauty is in assisting humanity in constant compassion.
